Announcement of the winners will be made at the awards ceremony at the National Conference Centre, on Wednesday 7th June 2023.

Submitting an Entry into any of the med-tech innovation awards categories is free of charge.

Entries will open on 1st December 2022, and the closing date for entries is 1st March 2023.

Yes. If potential entries are distinctive and unrelated please feel free to submit more than one.

Project entries must have been publicly released between 1st January 2022 and 1st March 2023 to qualify.

We will contact all entrants by April 2023 to inform them if they have been shortlisted or not, as well as publishing the finalists for each category onto the awards website.

A selection of ten industry experts will judge the finalist entries which will result in one winner and highly commended for each category.

As much as we’d like to offer feedback on individual submissions, because of the sheer number of entries this is just not feasible.

We will be running shuttle buses from/to all the major hotels on the NEC complex throughout the night to allow attendees to make their way to and from the awards venue (the NCC). More information on this will be available on your ticket confirmation.

We would recommend attendance at the awards ceremony to all finalists so you are there to receive the award trophy if you win. If you are not in attendance and you win an award, we will require the delivery price to be paid in order to organise delivery of the trophy to your offices. We will also send over the relevant marketing collateral for you to share your win on social media.
